How do I purchase tracks and
albums and create an account?

There is no need to create an account upfront. Simply browse the site, and you’ll
be able to checkout using a credit card or PIN code at the end of the process.
- Browse the store for your favorite albums and tracks and click "Add to Cart" on
your favorite music
- Once you are finished browsing, click on "Checkout:"
- Review your order and if everything looks fine, click on "Proceed to Checkout"
- Enter all the required information and click "Confirm"
- This will bring you to the download manager options page - select either download
manager or 1 file at a time
- Download and enjoy your music!
How do I log-in
to my account?

- Click 'log-in' in the bottom left corner under "Your Account"
- Enter your username and password
- Click Submit
How do I redeem
music if I have a PIN code?

Without an account
- Enter your PIN into the box at the top of the site OR
- Click on the link "Have a promo only account?" and enter your code
With an account
- Login to your account
- Enter your PIN code in the box located in the top right hand corner of the Digital Music Collection Store and click Enter
- You will see your song credits appear above the PIN entry box.
- Now you are ready to browse from the music library, add songs to your cart and download
How do I update
my account information?

- Log in using your email address and password
- Click your username in the top navigation panel OR under the "Your Account" section
in the left navigation
- From here you may change your password, or modify your account information
What if I forget
my password?

- Click on "log-in" under the Your Account section
- Click on the "Forgot your password?" link and enter your password and hit submit
- Your password will be emailed to the address you provided
